It is close to the station and has a casual atmosphere where you can easily stop by. The crepes here are made with a dough that has been carefully rested with enzyme juice and minerals, resulting in an astonishingly chewy texture. They say they use beet sugar, which gives a gentle sweetness that spreads. The Mont Blanc with red bean whipped cream has an excellent combination of chestnut topping, Hokkaido azuki beans, and fresh cream, which was impressive. The chocolate cake crepe has a perfect balance of rich chocolate and light cream, making it enjoyable without getting boring until the end. You can savor it slowly inside the shop, and the presentation wrapped in paper is cute and uplifting.
