The staff kindly spoke to me, and the atmosphere is comforting. The fried rice and ramen have a good balance of flavors, and they are all delicious. The knife-cut noodles have a subtle star anise aroma, and the more you eat, the more enjoyable it becomes. The popular pig's trotters have a melting texture, with a moderate star anise fragrance, and the aftertaste is not heavy. The century egg and shumai also provide a sense of satisfaction, especially the meat in the shumai is tender. The shrimp chili is on the sweeter side and easy to eat, and you can fully enjoy the soup and almond tofu as well.
