The fish is fresh, and I feel excited as soon as I enter the live fish tank. The tatami room has a sunken kotatsu style with chairs, allowing for a comfortable dining posture. The sets of sashimi and tempura are abundant, and I can truly appreciate the goodness of Japanese cuisine. The monthly changing lunch has beautiful presentation, and I particularly liked the texture of the chawanmushi (steamed egg custard). The clear soup has a fragrant broth, and the pressed sushi is satisfying with plenty of ingredients. I think it's a calm atmosphere where even older guests can enjoy themselves with peace of mind.
