Upon entering the shop, the warmth of the wooden interior and the wood stove spreads, allowing for a natural sense of relaxation. In a peaceful environment surrounded by fields, the time spent waiting while feeding the goats across the way is enjoyable. The morning plate features toast, boiled eggs, fruits, and salad, which can be refreshing when enjoyed with coffee. The hamburger, simmered in demi-glace, is hot and fluffy thanks to the wood stove, and the accompanying vegetables enhance the sweetness. The thin-crust pizza baked in a wood-fired oven has a crispy exterior and a chewy interior, with a strong seafood flavor that is addictive. On sunny days, I felt very happy enjoying a café latte or ginger ale slowly while feeling the breeze at the terrace seats.
