This is a clean and cozy shop located in an alley near the station. It is compact with a counter and tables, and it's enjoyable to see the skillful cooking from your seat. You are welcomed with warm tea and a hand towel, and the service for the dishes is smooth. The pork cutlet has a light and fragrant batter, while the inside is tender and the fat melts in your mouth, allowing you to enjoy variations in flavor with lemon and sauce. The pork miso soup, filled with plenty of vegetables, has a nice crunch and is comfortingly delicious. The fried minced meat with shrimp, squid, and vegetables also has a great texture, and it pairs perfectly with tartar sauce, providing satisfaction.
