At the store in the food court of PLANT5, you can casually enjoy authentic wood-fired pizza. The dough is elastic, the crust is fluffy, and the aroma when baked is irresistible. The Margherita pairs well with smooth mozzarella and gently tangy tomato sauce. The homemade ham in the Bismarck is arranged like petals and is quite satisfying. The appetizer of potage and the platter of prosciutto are also impressive, and it's nice to be able to add a salad. Being allowed to open a beer purchased in the building adds to the unique enjoyment of the food court.
