You can enjoy hand-made soba and udon as indicated on the signboard. The matsutake mushroom in a teapot is rich in umami flavor, and its aroma is distinctly conveyed. The matsutake rice bowl has more matsutake than I expected, and the fragrance spreads with every bite. The soba is flat and has a firm texture, allowing you to taste the flavor of the soba more with each chew. The dipping sauce has a gentle sweetness, with a hint of matsutake aroma, making it easy to slurp. It can be savored slowly with beer, making it perfect for a break during a stroll.
