My favorite Akafuku Akafuku, a specialty of Mie Prefecture You can eat it here at Takashimaya too! On this day, I bought one to take home! I always buy akafuku when I go to Ise, but I haven't been there for a while because of Corona, so I decided to buy some to go home! The koshian (sweet bean paste) is very fine and smooth! The mochi is so soft that it stretches even without warming it up! The balance between the koshian and the mochi is really exquisite and I love it ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡!
