As soon as you enter the shop, you are warmly welcomed, and a relaxed atmosphere flows throughout. The savory smell of grilled eel fills the restaurant, making you excited even while waiting. The eel rice bowl has tender meat coated in a refined sauce, which seeps nicely into the rice, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. The liver soup has a clear broth infused with the umami of the liver, providing a comforting taste. When you order a beer, a small bowl of beans comes with it, allowing you to leisurely enjoy the grilled dish. Surrounded by the quiet sound of the radio and the aroma of charcoal, I felt very happy while dining.
