I ordered a course meal at a restaurant that has been my favorite for a long time, and it was the same as it was 25 years ago. I was amazed that all the dishes tasted just as they did back then. The owner of the restaurant has always been the same person, and I was impressed. The dumplings, with their soft skin that you can tear off with chopsticks, are a delicious delicacy even if you don't put anything on them. The refreshing pork bone broth was also a perfect chopstick rest, with the flavors of vegetables and seafood. The atmosphere was just as nostalgic as it was when I was a student. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again when I am in Suita.
