The shop located underground near the station has a lovely calm atmosphere. First, I had the red salad, which was a vibrant and delicious combination of horse meat and vegetables. The main dish, lamb rack, was cooked carefully and was tender, with a strong umami flavor that spread throughout. It paired well with the marinated beets, leafy greens, and potatoes, keeping it interesting until the end. The menu includes lamb, duck, and game, and it's enjoyable to consult according to your preferences. I was able to slowly enjoy it while listening to the chef's stories over the counter, paired with wine and cocktails.
