As soon as you step inside the store, the scent of Akita cedar gently spreads, creating a very calming atmosphere. The counter seats on the second floor feel like an attic, allowing you to relax while gazing at the sea that unfolds before you. The signature dish, Ayoro Don, features freshly fried cod on top of white salmon and marinated white fish, making it an irresistible delight for fish lovers. The cod cream pasta also has a gentle richness, with creamy cod that clings well to the noodles. The chocolate brownie and café latte we ordered for dessert were served in cute Ainu-patterned cups, with a pleasant balance of sweetness and milk. I think this café is perfect for relaxing after a trip to the hot springs while enjoying the sea breeze from the terrace.
