The inari sushi I just received at the factory's counter was very fluffy. The thin fried tofu, resembling a delicate omelet, gently wrapped the vinegared rice, making it look adorable. The vinegared rice inside was subtly mixed with ground black sesame, while the outside had a light aroma of white sesame. The one with a plum in the center added a refreshing tang that made me want to snack on more. Adding a bit of pickled ginger or mustard changed the flavor, allowing me to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. Coupled with the warm hospitality of the staff who made it, I felt a cozy happiness the moment I opened the box.
