I quickly fell in love with the calm atmosphere of the renovated old house located in the forest. Inside the shop, there are Western books and small items related to bees, which convey the owner's passion and make it enjoyable. The signature dish, the fragrant sesame spicy noodles, has a rich soup that clings well to the medium-thin noodles, spreading umami with every bite. Adding a soft-boiled egg enhances the creaminess, and it's delightful to be able to add some spice in the second half with Sichuan pepper and homemade chili oil. Tempted by the deliciousness, I added rice to the remaining soup, and it was satisfying until the very end. The hand-dripped coffee I had after the meal was aromatic, and I was able to enjoy it leisurely while gazing at the snowy landscape.
