I can't even remember when I last had ramen. Akabane is a hot spot for ramen. I was taken there by a friend who knows the area well 🙏🏻✨ This restaurant is a member of the Honden family, The place was packed with people even before it opened 👫👭. The soup is so rich and seafoody that the dried sardines are glistening! The noodles are also made of whole wheat flour! The noodles are also chunky and made of whole wheat flour. I love it the most! The pork chops are chunky and firm. You can choose from thin, thick, or hand-rubbed noodles. I really wanted to try the special hand-rubbed noodles. But the owner has an injury on his hand. He is closed for a while due to his hand injury. I bet the mazesoba, which is only available on Mondays, is also delicious.
