There is an old-fashioned atmosphere with a noren (fabric divider) hanging, and just looking at the decorations in front of the shop makes me excited. Inside the shop, there is a machine for grinding soba, and information about the buckwheat flour is displayed, which shows their commitment. There are table seats and tatami rooms, making it comfortable for both families and individuals. The staff is cheerful, and the water service is attentive, allowing for a relaxing time. The soba has a wonderful aroma and a firm texture, and it remains delicious even when paired with the warm broth. In particular, the hot vegetable sauce with the fried soba champon and the fragrant noodles are a perfect match, making it more enjoyable as you eat.
