This is a calm little shop located inside EBRI, cozy and comfortable. The subtly flowing jazz is pleasant, allowing for a relaxed time. The fresh pasta for lunch is wide and thick, with a nice chewiness that pairs well with the sauce. The salad is refreshing, and together with the potage, it brings a happy feeling from the start. The Hokkaido beef Bolognese combines the moderate acidity and umami of the tomatoes, becoming even creamier with grated cheese. The fish dish is elegantly plated, and the soft flesh and aroma of the sauce were impressive.
