When you find the noren (shop curtain), you can enter even in a quiet place with peace of mind. Upon entering, you are greeted with bright voices, and the atmosphere is warm. Inside the shop, there are raised tatami areas, chair seating, and a counter, creating a calming environment. The handmade soba is thin with sharp edges, has a good texture, and a pleasant chewiness. You can choose from 2:8 or 10:0 ratios, and the duck broth combines the flavors of green onions and duck, making it very delicious. The tempura is light and crispy, and you can also enjoy the rich soba water at the end and homemade pickled wasabi leaves.
