The interior is centered around the counter, creating a calm atmosphere that is very pleasant. The chef's swift movements are exciting to watch. Every piece of sushi that comes out is incredibly fresh, and the texture of the medium fatty tuna and flounder was particularly impressive. When I ordered the omakase, the rolls and chawanmushi came out in a great rhythm, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The fugu hot pot that I reserved was wonderfully tender, and it paired perfectly with the mild ponzu sauce. I enjoyed it all the way to the final zosui, and I left the restaurant very satisfied.
