In a calm space within the hotel, both the counter and tables are spacious and comfortable. The red vinegar sushi rice crumbles gently, bringing out the umami of the toppings. The fatty tuna has a pleasantly light sweetness, while the lean tuna has a delightful chewy texture with just the right amount of moisture. The nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), botan shrimp, meichidai (Japanese sea bream), horse mackerel, scallops, squid, sea urchin, and salmon roe are all meticulously prepared and delicious. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard) with sea urchin and salmon roe, grilled kinmedai (golden eye snapper) with salt, and Tochigi wagyu shabu-shabu are also served, making the kaiseki (traditional multi-course meal) flow enjoyable. The selection of sake is extensive, the staff is friendly, and access from the east exit of the station is easy.
