Surrounded by nature, you can enjoy a calm dining experience. All seats are private rooms, allowing you to relax without worrying about your surroundings. In the waiting area, you can enjoy drinks and small dishes, which adds excitement from the very beginning. The vegetables grown in our own garden and ingredients directly delivered from producers are abundantly used, and each one stands out for its freshness. The butternut squash baked in a wrap is wonderful in both presentation and flavor, and I was impressed by the balance of strength and delicacy. You can clearly feel the Michelin-rated skill from the colorful presentation and meticulous work.

In a quiet house in the suburbs, it has an appearance reminiscent of a golf club's clubhouse. The interior is spacious, and you can enjoy drinks and amuse-bouches in the waiting area. All seats are private rooms, allowing you to focus on your meal in a calm atmosphere. The dishes creatively utilize home-grown vegetables and herbs, ingredients from nearby farms, and local game. I was amazed by the aroma and freshness of the fish grilled over wood and a dish featuring beans as the main ingredient. The pairing of sake and non-alcoholic options is enjoyable, and the beauty of the presentation is also delightful.
