When I entered the shop, I was excited to see the craftsmen making soba in a glass-walled space. The thin soba had a good texture, and it paired well with the flavorful broth that had a strong bonito aroma. The warm duck soup was slightly sweet and rich, making my body feel warm. The batter on the vegetable tempura was light, enhancing the sweetness of the vegetables, and I was very satisfied. I was also happy that I could refill my fragrant tea. The flyer for spring rolls posted on the wall was also appealing, and I would like to order it someday.
