There are many types of ramen, and I feel that each one is carefully prepared. The salt ramen has a clear broth that pairs well with chopped green onions, and the chashu is tender and delicious. The miso ramen has a good balance of richness and moderate acidity, with umami that gradually spreads. The tonkotsu shoyu has a pleasant garlic aroma, and it goes perfectly with the flat, thick noodles. The homemade gyoza has a chewy skin, and the garlic flavor is distinctly noticeable. Overall, the harmony between the soup and noodles is excellent, making it enjoyable to eat.
