The tempura in the tempura soba is fragrant with shrimp and vegetables, and each piece brings satisfaction. The soba has a pleasant aroma and a smooth texture, making it delicious both on its own and with condiments. The flavor of the dipping sauce is well-balanced, and it's also enjoyable to dilute it with soba water after the meal. You can also enjoy eel, so it's recommended to order a variety of dishes with everyone.
