Upon entering the cute little house with pure white exterior walls and a blue roof, a stylish space filled with the warmth of wood unfolds. The staff warmly welcomed me, and I was able to relax in a comfortable seat. The first dish that arrived was a soup with fresh seaweed and shirasu, which had a gentle aroma of the sea and a delightful crunchy texture. The main dish I ordered, beef stew, had tender meat that fell apart, and the rich sauce was so delicious that I wanted to scoop it up with bread until the very last bite. For dessert, I chose the caramelized crème brûlée, which was crispy on the outside and made me smile with its smooth and creamy inside. Even the hand-drip roasted coffee was rich in aroma, leaving me feeling fulfilled by the time I was ready to leave.
