This is a calm sushi restaurant that has been loved by locals for a long time. Inside, there is only an L-shaped counter where the sushi is skillfully prepared right in front of you. The friendly owner and the neat work of the head chef and young artisans create a pleasant atmosphere. The menu changes based on the day's ingredients, so every visit brings the excitement of discovering new flavors. I particularly enjoyed the melt-in-your-mouth fatty tuna, the satisfying fatty tuna rolls, and the fluffy, tender eel sushi. The grilled scallops with mayonnaise and the matsutake mushroom steamed in a teapot also had a wonderful aroma and paired perfectly with sake.
