This is a shop that I've been curious about every time I pass by, and I'm happy that I can enjoy both takeout and dining in. The skewers that the owner carefully grills upon ordering highlight the tenderness and aroma of the delicious herb chicken. In particular, the freshly prepared liver and gizzard have no unpleasant smell, are juicy, and are so delicious that they disappear in an instant. The crunchy cabbage drizzled with a light sauce is plentiful and pairs perfectly as a palate cleanser. The classic options like salted chicken wings and pork belly, as well as the meatballs, are all varied and have flavors that go well with beer. The shop is so charming that I end up staying longer, especially since I can also enjoy the revived ramen as a finishing touch.
