Hokkaido miso is rich and warming I'm from Edo, so the first thing that surprised me when I came to Nagoya was "Miso Katsu" ( ´థ౪థ) and "Miso Oden".... "Dote-ni"......to be honest, I still hate it ( ✧Д✧)....¡Kak! On the other hand, I like "fried chicken wings", "Taiwanese ramen", and "Teppan Neapolitan" (๑-̀ㅂ́)و✧Well, I can't say for sure, because Nagoya is a cheating city that makes "Nagoya-meshi" out of foods that originated in Gifu and Mie. I almost became a lunch refugee today, but I got this "Hokkaido Miso Spicy Miso Vegetable Ramen 3 Spicy" topped with a piece of roasted pork chashu (´థ౪థ). The thick miso can be diluted with the soup, so you can finish it off like miso soup. The spiciness wasn't enough for me... so of course I poured a heaping pile of Ichimi on it.
