The grilled chicken was fragrant, and I felt the care put into each skewer. The meat dishes, such as horse sashimi and Amakusa Daisuke's tataki, were also fresh and delightful. There were also rare seafood options like tempura of shaku and fried garakabu, which were a pleasant surprise. The drinks can be mixed with shochu to my preferred strength, allowing for a leisurely enjoyment. The interior is comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful attention that made it easy to relax. I felt the effort of the owner, who handles everything from cooking to serving alone, and I think it's a place that gives you energy.
