This soba restaurant is located a little away from the surroundings and has a calm atmosphere. When you sit at the table, homemade pickles are served first, and their saltiness makes it hard to stop eating. The hand-made 2:8 soba has a strong aroma, and the texture when slurped is excellent. The broth, flavored with bonito flakes, is rich in taste and pairs very well with the noodles. The portion size is substantial, providing a sense of satisfaction. It's a hidden gem with fewer tourists, and I love that I can enjoy soba in a relaxed setting.
