The udon broth is a thin kelp broth with just the right amount of udon broth, and has a taste that is on the high road of Kansai udon. The thickness of the fish paste and the nostalgic feeling of putting fish paste on top were also good. The oyako-don (parent and child bowl) with egg was just like the one my grandma used to make for me at home, and it was very nostalgic. The bowl was huge, so I was very full and enjoyed my meal.
