It is located near the entrance of 'Tō no Hetsuri', making it easy to stop by. The shop is spacious, and there is ample parking space. The homemade soba, made from freshly ground buckwheat, is thick and has a firm texture, with a rich aroma that spreads as you chew. The dipping sauce has a refreshing taste, and the tempura has a crispy batter that pairs well. The iwana (char) has a mild flavor, and the bones are soft enough to eat, even from the head. The service is pleasant, and I enjoyed the delicious soba broth at the end.
