This is a small shop located on the first floor of an apartment building in a residential area, and the calm atmosphere is very pleasant. It is run by a family, and the chef is friendly and approachable, allowing for a relaxed experience. The course meals are beautifully presented, and the care put into each dish is evident. The vegetable appetizer is particularly impressive, with the sweetness of the ingredients clearly noticeable. The sea urchin pudding is creamy and mild, and the Aosa butter paired with rice flour bread is addictive. The meat dishes are cooked to perfection, and I was completely satisfied with the combination of fondant chocolate and ice cream for dessert.
