In a small shop with a few tables equipped with iron plates, there is a calm atmosphere with a retro vibe filled with rows of manga. They bring you okonomiyaki grilled in the back, which you can enjoy hot right in front of you on the iron plate. The dish is characterized by the inclusion of chicken offal, which adds a rich flavor to the batter, resulting in a crispy texture. The sweetness of the cabbage is distinctly felt, and the udon part is finished with a nice roast. Although they say no dashi is used in the batter, it doesn't have a floury taste and is easy to eat. There are two types of sauce on the table, one sweet and one spicy, and the spicy one has a lingering kick that makes the flavor changes enjoyable.
