The menu seems to change occasionally, and there are new discoveries every time I go. The assorted appetizers have a good balance of flavors, and the marinated salmon is particularly refreshing and delicious. The hot onion soup, which has been slowly sweetened, is rich and comforting. The peperoncino has a pleasant level of spiciness and aroma, and the texture of the noodles is also good. The grilled beef loin pairs perfectly with the fragrant miso sauce. For dessert, I especially enjoyed the crispy Napoleon pie and the smooth chestnut pie, and the plate with a message is a nice touch.
