It is very popular and sells out quickly, so I made a reservation in advance. They were very helpful in responding to my inquiries about pick-up. The kelp is smooth and has a gentle texture. The herring inside is plump and tender, and the overall harmony is remarkable. The Matsumae-zuke is also well-prepared with good cutting of the ingredients, making it easy to chew and the flavor harmony is wonderful. You can feel the taste of traditional craftsmanship passed down through generations, making the dining table a little more special.
