This shop has a traditional atmosphere and is a place where you can relax in the hot spring town. The vibrant green soba is visually enjoyable and has a smooth texture. The green onion garnish adds a nice accent, and having soba broth after the meal is comforting. I am happy that soba is served alongside rice bowls. The tanuki soba has plenty of tempura scraps, which pair well with the green noodles. There are also unique dishes like 'donzaru' and ramen, making it fun to choose.
