The calm interior of the restaurant near Minatogawa Park Station is clean, and the spacious table seats in the back are comfortable. The first dish that arrived was kinpira made with burdock and carrots, which made it hard to put down my chopsticks. The sashimi platter was incredibly fresh, and the red meat of the tuna was especially melt-in-your-mouth. Following the plump shrimp used in the shrimp mayo, the bang bang chicken with plenty of sesame sauce was fragrant, and even the vegetables were delicious. The homemade char siu and fluffy hamo tempura were also impressive, and I couldn't help but be amazed at how well they paired with the soy sauce from Shimane. Thanks to the warm attentiveness of the owner and the wide variety of the menu, it turned into a delightful meal time that blew away the fatigue of travel.

Upon entering the restaurant, a clean and bright atmosphere spreads out. The sashimi I ordered right away was exceptionally fresh, and the red tuna was particularly impressive. The rare chashu had a moistness similar to roast pork, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The bang bang chicken served with sesame sauce was loaded with vegetables and had a savory flavor that was addictive. The tempura of conger eel, which I tried for the first time, had a light and crispy batter, while the inside was fluffy, leaving me impressed. The warm consideration from the staff was also pleasant, allowing me to enjoy a leisurely and delicious time.
