I was drawn in by the stylish appearance and casually entered the restaurant. As I passed through the noren (fabric divider), I saw flounder and sweet shrimp swimming in a tank, and my heart raced with the freshness. The sashimi was thickly sliced tuna, flounder, and squid, all bursting with lively flavor. The freshly fried tempura included shrimp and whiting, along with sweet potato and eggplant that were crispy and fragrant. The red miso soup, small side dishes, and even the mandarin orange for dessert were all carefully prepared, providing a sense of satisfaction. In a calm space where Showa-era pop music plays, this is a wonderful place to casually enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine.
