The restaurant is small but clean, and the calm atmosphere is pleasant. The tea served immediately after being seated was fragrant and comforting. As the cooking began, the savory smell of grilled eel spread, raising my expectations. The fluffy eel was carefully grilled, and the sweetness of the sauce combined perfectly with the richness of the egg. The accompanying clear soup, chilled tofu, and pickles also had a gentle flavor that made me want to keep eating. The conversation with the friendly owner was enjoyable, and I was able to enjoy my meal with warm feelings until the end.
