Located in a quiet place surrounded by rice fields and buckwheat fields, you can relax while enjoying the scenery. The interior of the well-maintained old house has an irori (traditional Japanese hearth) and a kamidana (shrine), creating an atmosphere as if you have come to visit a countryside home. The noodles made from 100% buckwheat flour, which is cultivated and milled in-house, have a variety of thicknesses, and their smooth texture and fragrant taste deepen with each bite. The vegetable tempura has a light and crispy batter, bringing out the seasonal flavors, and the handmade side dishes are comforting and delicious. The menu is limited, making it easy to choose, and the staff kindly engages with you, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Fresh vegetables and handmade daifuku (sweet rice cakes) are displayed at the entrance, and selecting them on the spot is a little joy.
