It is a place within walking distance from the station, and the traditional texture of the old storehouse is pleasant. Inside the shop, there are samples of sake and items related to sake, making it enjoyable just to look around. You can enjoy tastings and find your preferences by comparing flavors little by little. The junmai sake has a faint fruity aroma, with a soft sweetness, refreshing acidity, and the umami of rice spreading out. The aftertaste is light, and whether chilled or at room temperature, it brings out its qualities, pairing well with Japanese cuisine and seafood. The charm lies in the brands derived from the local mountains and the flavors that convey a sense of inherited history.
