When you sit at the counter, the friendly chef greets you with a smile. In addition to the regular menu, there is a handwritten board featuring seasonal items, making it fun to choose. The sashimi platter I ordered first was beautifully presented, and each slice was fresh with a prominent aroma. My personal favorite was the wakame shabu-shabu, which turned a vibrant green the moment it was dipped in the broth, offering the best sea fragrance and texture. Additionally, the combination of miso-stir-fried wagyu offal and vegetables was rich and made me crave rice. The cozy atmosphere naturally encourages conversation with regulars, and I found myself lingering longer than intended.
