The tuna here is very good, rich and creamy without any toughness, it's the best. The red meat has a deep flavor and pairs well with sake. The sashimi of yellowtail is well-marbled, and the sweetness spreads as you chew. The seared bonito is fragrant and irresistible. Among the fried dishes, the fried squid is crispy and fun to eat. The croquettes and sweet red beans also have a gentle flavor, making them enjoyable to savor at home.
