At the fresh fish shop located in the corridor of the eight food center, small servings that can be enjoyed on the spot are lined up. The sea urchin, which does not use any additives, spreads the scent of the ocean with just one bite and has a melting texture. There are also fresh oysters, salmon roe, salmon, scallops, marinated mackerel, and the rare octopus milt, making it fun to choose. Condiments like soy sauce and lemon are provided, allowing you to quickly add them according to your preference. While the focus is on seasonal staples, there are occasional encounters with rare items that make you stop in your tracks. Stopping by while walking through the market, I was able to enjoy both freshness and excitement at the same time, which was very satisfying.
