I was able to spend time in a cottage with a hot spring, and the indoor bath in the guest room was spacious and comfortable. Meals are served at the dining area on the premises, and both the seafood and meat dishes are highly satisfying. One dish features live abalone grilled with butter, which has an irresistible aroma and richness. The sweet shrimp can be enjoyed not only for its flesh but also for its head, and grilling it enhances its flavor significantly. In addition to a fragrant spice pot, grilled eel, and simmered red snapper, the carefully prepared dishes like yuba and eggplant salad and miso soup with seaweed were delightful. I was able to relax in a spacious room, take a walk in the greenery, and refresh myself in the hot spring.
