It is always lively, and I feel excited when I enter. The style of grilling with a shichirin in the counter seating is fun. The stew has a rich flavor with a slight spiciness that comes later, and I really liked it. The prepared offal is carefully processed, has no odor, and pairs perfectly with the sauce. The tripe has a pleasant chewiness, and the beef offal has a nice elasticity with a strong umami flavor. The final dish, the gukbap, is light and full of vegetables, and reservations can be made by phone.
