Addictive Tiramisu Au Petit Matin] Kanazawa Hakkei The best restaurant in Kanazawa-Hakkei, Japan. A confectionary store located in a residential area called Radiant City near Kanazawa-Hakkei Station. Lots of towering palm trees and golden apartments. Is this really Japan? The famous sweets store is located in a town of celebrities that makes you wonder if you are really in Japan. The restaurant has been selected as one of the 100 best restaurants in the Eating Log in 2019, and frankly speaking, it is quite amazing that it was selected for this location. The store is open from 10:00 to 20:00, and is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. They also have a branch in Kamakura. There is an eat-in space in the store, but it is not in use at present. The recommended item is Mont Blanc, but it is not sold in spring and summer. The menu we ordered was as follows Shortcake 460 yen Tarte Nostalgie: 380 yen Tiramisu 410 yen Shortcake A square shaped cake with moist sponge. The whipped cream was fluffy. Tarte Nostalgie Chef's specialty. The fresh cream tart and the cookie dough around the tart were very delicious. Tiramisu The tiramisu is made to order. It is a cake that needs to be eaten as soon as possible, as it has a shelf life of two hours. The custard and meringue inside is more like ice cream than tiramisu. This is a great restaurant with good cosmetics. However, it may be a bit difficult to get to the restaurant as you have to walk up a hill.
