The small shop located in the back alley has a calm atmosphere and is easy to enter. The staff is very friendly, and I appreciate how smoothly they guide you to your seat. The signature chige soba is served in a hot stone pot, and the fragrant, spicy soup seeps into your body. The thick, chewy homemade soba clings well to the soup, and the more you chew, the more delicious it becomes. There is a rich variety, including a seafood type with shrimp broth and cold dipping soba with chili oil as an accent, which always leaves me in a dilemma. Thanks to the extra soba service, I was able to enjoy it thoroughly until the end and was very satisfied.
