The aroma of charcoal spreads throughout the restaurant, and my stomach starts growling the moment I walk in. The yakitori is carefully grilled one by one, making it easy to eat as it slides off the skewer. The richness of the sauce combined with the savory flavor makes everything irresistibly delicious. The harami and kashira are satisfying even with just the sauce, but adding a bit of the accompanying red spicy miso enhances the umami even more. There are also menu items like chori-gi salad, beef tongue croquettes, and cheese-wrapped peppers, so you can enjoy a variety without getting bored. The complimentary macaroni tuna salad is surprisingly delicious, and the pleasant service is reassuring.
